Liverpool reported that during the second quarter of the year, the growth of the sales platform in virtual channels was 400% compared to the same period of 2019. 80% of the sales during the April-June period was made through digital channels, for a value of about 11,797mn pesos. Liverpool added that 30% of the digital customers are totally new to the company and represent an opportunity to grow the customer base over time. The company expects e-commerce sales to represent 20% of its total business in the near future."
