In keeping with Berlin's Christopher Street Day on July 22nd, things were colourful at the patisserie on the department store’s gourmet floor: One tartelette - named ‘Pride 2023’ - consists of a crispy base with almonds and pine nuts, topped with an almond sponge and a fresh goat cheese mousse with peach compote. The other creation - called ‘Rainbow Bliss’ - combines clay ganache and limoncello cream with pistachio crispy and Ruby chocolate mousse on a lemon shortbread base. Other products, such as those from Tony's Chocolonely or Popcorn Shred, extend the colorful rainbow variety on the food floor with dedicated editions.
