The beauty brand does not only present its full range of products from make-up to perfumes to face care, but also offers an extensive selection of beauty treatments in a spacious and exclusively designed spa cabin directly connected to the area.

As a special service, Guerlain offers customers to have their flacons and the iconic ROUGE G lipsticks personalized on site. Since sustainability and the preservation of resources are deeply rooted in the DNA of the Maison, a refill service is also offered at Alsterhaus.
