Liverpool will rely on Google Cloud to accelerate its digital transformation in order to consolidate its omnichannel strategy and, thereby, generate greater opportunities to capitalize on the technological potential in the retail industry. Technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence should be integrated to enhance its marketplace and mobile application both in its digital channels and in those of Suburbia. Liverpool intents to offer a more personalized and fluid shopping experience, both in its physical stores and in its digital services.
