The Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar on the ground floor will be the largest Champagne bar the store has ever seen. It is the first time that Moët has opened a permanent bar in Europe. Dominated by a huge gold chandelier (which is designed to mimic the terroir and topography of the Epernay Champagne) hanging over a bar, the space will seat 34 people. Drinks-wise, they'll have all the wines that Moët & Chandon offer, ranging from by-the-glass at £16 to a 1959 Grand Vintage Magnum worth £4,400. The 'food bites' part of the offering sounds eminently Instagrammable too with dishes including, like the The World Is Your Oyster – rock oysters, pear & cucumber and Oscietra caviar or the Moët Caramel - a dark chocolate shell shaped like a Moët & Chandon embossed bottle plaque filled with dark chocolate mousse & salted caramel.
