Globus celebrated on 12 September the ‘Retail Employee Day’ and the campaign was a complete success and thrilled employees. Globus launched a set of different activities:
• Free coffee, croissants and fruit in all branches, at headquarters and round the distribution centre
• Individual delivery of the RED thank you letter to all branch employees with their personal hashtags (positive characteristics)
• RED Video in some stores with employees who were asked the question: ‘What is the best thing about Globus?’
The RED campaign was also featured in Globus’ intranet.
