Starting next week, Miguel Müllenbach, CEO of Galeria (formerly Karstadt Kaufhof), invites his employees to the cinema to show them his vision for the future development of the company. In a total of 126 cinemas in 95 cities, the workforce has the opportunity to get an impression of what ‘Galeria 2.0 will mean in practice’ in a one-hour movie. During his tenure, Miguel Müllenbach has already established several communication formats to engage with employees on the company’s transformation process, such as the video format ‘Klartext’ or the podcast ‘Dangerously honest’, in which employees could ask questions, bring ideas or express criticism.
