falabella.com will concentrate the entire Falabella Retail, Sodimac, Tottus and Linio offer, along with the products of thousands of sellers. This new platform will initially include more than 7mn products from 10,000 sellers. Customers will be able to access all benefits of the Falabella world, such as their Fpay digital wallet, the CRM points system, and the use of a global click and collect network for withdrawals and returns from all retailers. Falabella is a physical and digital retail company, with a presence in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Mexico, through five business units (department stores, home improvement, supermarkets, real estate and financial services) and more than 30mn clients in the region. Falabella will also establish a new logistics area dedicated to the dispatch of purchases made on this unique platform.

To this end, the last-mile logistics of all Falabella's business units and that of external companies will be combined, in order to speed up dispatch costs, shorten delivery times and improve customer service. At the end of June 2020, Falabella registered online sales of US $ 1.8bn (considering the last 12 months) and dispatched almost 9mn orders in the region. In Chile, Marketplace sales quadrupled year over year. For their part, mobile channels continue to accelerate their growth: in department stores in Chile the app already concentrates more than 30% of online sales, driven by an almost 5-fold growth in active users year-on-year and an increase of more than 9 times in order volume.
