For the 6th year running, Robinsons themend “The Great Blackout” for its Black Friday Sale this year, on the 29 December 2019. Across Singapore and Malaysia. Robinsons first rolled out its social media engagements with the public in anticipation of The Great Blackout sale with its Salary Advacement Forms, building up campaign awareness.

The Great Blackout started as early 6 months before to ensure that shoppers get to enjoy irresistibile deals up to 90% off storewide at never before prices and a holitstic shopping journery. Many shoppers came prepared with fears to spend the night in queue and their shopping list of items. Survival kits were also given out to early birds in queue. Kiss92FM radio was broadcasting live in-store.
