- Background: Jelmoli is increasingly focusing on vegan alternatives and celebrates this with ‘Veganuary’. In cooperation with Planted and in line with its sustainability strategy The Green Act, Jelmoli is taking a further step in its vision of actively promoting and helping to shape the conscious consumption of the future.
- Description: Jelmoli celebrates Veganuary and wants to encourage people to give up meat, fish and animal products such as cheese or milk during the month of January, but also to offer inspiration for a conscious lifestyle and vegan alternatives for the rest of the year. For example, the Jelmoli FOOD MARKETS range will be expanded to include vegan product highlights from Planted, and new vegan menus will enrich the menus of the in-house catering restaurants.
- Impact: With a challenge on Social Media, the community is to be motivated to get involved in the Veganuary experiment and to eat vegan for a month. Among all the participants a 3-month supply of Planted products will be raffled off.
