In their acceptance speech Natira Boonsri CEO of Central Department Store Group; Rvisra Chirathivat, CMO; and Tapida Norpanlob, Director of Omnichannel and Merchandising highlighted that, “For nearly 8 decades, Central has grown alongside Thailand — guided by one core belief: "Customer First". The other two finalists were Selfridges & Co, UK, and Liverpool, Mexico. The jury was chaired by Sergio Langarica, Sales Director South America at Nuna Baby.
