From 26 November to 30 January 2021, star chef Andreas Caminada will move his ‘Casa Caminada’ to a pop-up at Jelmoli's Restaurant Sopra on the 4th floor. Grisons (a region in Switzerland) specialities are on the menu, such as are veal cream goulash with bizochels, the white wine mousse soup or the venison carpaccio. Caminada's message is clear: good food doesn't have to be complicated, but it must be fun! First-class products, care and sound craftsmanship are essential. In addition, from Jelmoli’s side, CHF2.00 per dish will be donated to the ‘Fundaziun Uccelin’, a foundation for the promotion of young talents by Andreas Caminada. The chef has been already successfully collaborating with Jelmoli, which selling his food products and two latest cookbooks at its FOOD MARKET.
