To reduce its environmental impact, no less than R$26mn (US$5.1mn) will be invested to transform the Lojas Renner unit in the Iguatemi shopping mall, in Porto Alegre. The 6,670m² store will turn into a ‘circular store’, a sustainable initiative that we see being adopted not only with a focus on reuse. Mannequins and another part of the decoration will be made from recycled materials, there will be less waste generation, reduction in water consumption and ‘green spaces’ will be installed. The works have already started and will be finished at the beginning of the second semester.
