KaDeWe recently opened a newly designed 1.300m2 sportswear area on its 4th floor, featuring a curated selection of sport and outdoor fashions, sneakers as well as sport and outdoor equipments. The artistic concept behind the design of the new area is influenced from sports facilities. As an example, the vibrant blue floor is inspired by indoor sports arenas.
The carefully selected portfolio includes international sports brands like: Adidas, Adidas Underwear, Blackroll, Falke Ergonomic Sport System, Nike, On Runing, Peak Performance, Puma x Ami, The North Face and Under Armour. One special highlight is the Italian sports brand UYN - with its first store for performance products outside of Italy.
Simone Heift, Buying Director for KaDeWe Group, commented “The new sports pop-up, is directed at our customers with an active lifestyle and is building a bridge between fashion and function on a high-quality level. With it, we are starting our expansion in the rapidly growing sports market, and we are planning on integrating the concept in our existing locations Oberpollinger in Munich and Alsterhaus in Hamburg as well as our future locations Carsch-Haus in Düsseldorf and the future department store in Vienna.”
