Lojas Renner, an omni fashion retailer, launches this Monday, 14th, a podcast that will promote discussions about innovation and career, in addition to being a source of content for professionals in the technology segment. The initiative is part of the actions developed by the Encantech community, a group created within the retailer, which seeks to attract and develop talent from different parts of the world in the areas of IT, data, digital and agility. Podcast episodes will be published on Spotify biweekly lasting 30-50 minutes. And the first season has the participation of different employees of the retailer, who work on fronts related to IT, data, digital and agility. In a dynamic and relaxed way, the episodes have testimonials from professionals reporting cases and experiences and bringing up discussions on relevant topics in the tech world, all in a chat format. In addition, a second season should be available later this first semester.
