In order to keep its customers engaged and active in the current times, Shoppers Stop innovated and created various campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with its partner brands to bring new content to their social media handles every day. Shoppers Stop collaborated with reputed brands like Adidas, and Reebok and well-known Indian influencers like Bollywood celebrity Malaika Arora, celebrity fitness instructor Yasmin Karachiwala, boxing champion Mary Kom, and ace cricketer KL Rahulfor fitness videos encouraging their audiences to stay fit and build their immunity system during this pandemic. To keep kids entertained, the brand also engaged with notable authors through their association with Penguin Random House India as watch party partners for #OnceUponaBookWithPenguin, an online storytelling and reading initiative by the publisher. Employees were also encouraged to share their tutorial videos which were uploaded to the brand’s social media handles.

Their inputs were valued, and their videos helped audiences connect with the brand directly. This activity reached over 950K individuals. The brand also recently engaged with its customers via gamification. To announce discounts on their private label brand Fratini, Shoppers Stop hosted an interactive game on their Instagram story. The activity received a huge response from the audience. In their recent ongoing initiative, #LiveAt5, Shoppers Stop brings notable brands to the audience every week. These brands share significant insights into the audience’s fashion and beauty related queries. Leading leather goods manufacturer, Hidesign’s founder Mr. Dilip Kapurwent live on Shoppers Stop’s Instagram handle as part of #LiveAt5 to teach audiences all that they need to know about leather. Shoppers Stop also collaborated with brands like Smashbox, Bobbi Brown, Clinique, L’Oréal Paris, Colorbar, Faceshop, and My Glamm for various skincare and make up masterclasses as part of this activity.
