Hive at Selfridges is a concept restaurant based all around honey. Hives will be installed on the shop's rooftop and honey from there and from artisanal honey farm Le Miel des Français will supply the restaurant. Open all day, the new restaurant will be located on the department store's third floor, replacing Hemsley + Hemsley. From 4th December 2020, customers will have the possibility to order a range of honey and cheese pairings - like Comte and Chestnut Honey, and Fourme d’Ambert with Buckwheat honey and there'll be honey afternoon teas on offer too.
