Liverpool and the shopping centres promoter Gicsa have announced an agreement to launch new malls in their local market. The first project together will be Galerías Metepec. The shopping centre will be built on a 250,000m² area, of which 146,000m² will be destined to the commercial offer. Galerías Metepec will operate fashion giants such as Inditex (with Zara and Bershka), Old Navy, Tommy Hilfiger and cosmetics companies such as Mac or Kiehl's. At the end of Q1 2019, Liverpool's shopping centres business totalled 27,630m².
