Shoppers Stop is offering an exceptional Customer Service as a part of their SSConnects Program. As the country is slowly returning to normalcy under the Unlock 4.0 phase, and stores were allowed to open up, the Customer Care Associates (Sales Assistants) engaged actively with members and customers and encourages them to visit the store in person or use the many Home Services providing a digital, contactless less, safe and convenient shopping experience. In this series, Shoppers Stop is going all out to recognize and reward the efforts of Customer Service Associates who are responsible in taking good care of their customers.
