The new concept offers the city of Mestre a complete shopping experience, characterized by a more accurate brand mix and innovative concepts such as Lifestyle Hub, Beauty Innovation and Coin Season. The works involved the ground, 1st and 2nd floors, and are part of a broader strategic plan for the relaunch of the Center. On the ground floor, the Lifestyle Hub is dedicated to innovation, following the successful launch in Milan, Catania, Naples, Rimini, Rome Cola di Rienzo, Como and Bologna. The space features, among others, premium consumer electronics and first-class Loewe televisions; the automotive world, thanks to the Motorclass corner, the Audi Dealership for the Province of Venice; up to the travel world, with the services of Suite Travel - an innovative digital travel agency - and DMAIL's useful gadgets for all occasions. Then there are the skincare products of Rezet360, the air fresheners of the Korean Cocodor and a rich selection of brands for the four-legged friends, with Genuina, Nandog Pet Gear and Zeedog. The Lifestyle Hub is also the first Wellness Bar Collesi in Mestre, cosmetic products made in Italy in a space with coffee shop and premium drinks.


The perfumery area features the new Beauty Innovation format, with a rich selection of trendy, sustainable brands such as Verdilab, made in Italy such as Eterea Cosmesi Naturale, Gofu by Giulia Sinesi, Lace Beauty, Gyada Cosmetics or Goovi. There are also international players such as Korean brand Erborian. The Beauty Innovation area welcomes beauty consultants and experts. There are also the iconic luxury skincare brands, make-up and fragrances from Chanel, Dior, Estee Lauder, Guerlain, Clarins, Armani, Acqua di Parma as well as Rituals, Diego Dalla Palma and Elemis. Coin Season on the ground floor is  a multi-category concept enhances the most captivating products of the season (Christmas items should come very soon).


The first floor is dedicated to women and men, with iconic brands, such as Armani Exchange, Chiara Ferragni, CK Jeans, Fred Perry, Gant, Hugo Boss, Lacoste, Lauren by Ralph Lauren, Manila Grace, Pepe Jeans, Polo Ralph Lauren, Replay, Scotch & Soda, Sisley, Stefanel, Timberland, Tommy Sportwear.


The second floor is dedicated to children, with products of Blu Kids, Iana and Trudi - and to home decoration, with the many proposals by Coincasa. There brands presented include as well Yankee Candle, WoodWick and Millefiori Milano, interior designer Zafferano, EDG Enzo de Gasperi, Villa Collection, Ideal Lux and I Viaggi di Elio, Flor Maison, DaunenStep and Dalfilo.
