Jelmoli is sending a strong signal against over consumption on Black Friday and once again participated in ‘Giving Tuesday’, the international day of giving and donating, which took place yesterday 1^st December. It was the 9^th edition this year and intended to raise the population's awareness on solidarity. From last Friday to Sunday, Jelmoli donated a contribution of CHF 5 to the Jelmoli Christmas charity partner, the Theodora Foundation, with every purchase of CHF 50 or more. With this charity campaign, Jelmoli was able to hand over a check of CHF 50,065 to the foundation, allowing another 2’500 visits to children in hospitals and special institutions by the ‘dream doctors’ of the foundation.
