Five years have passed quickly for Steen & Strøm Department Store, when they opened the then newly created Karl Johans Gate entrance in May 2021. This entrance connects the department store destination with the wider city and community, that is the Spirit of Oslo. Over 8.3m visitors have done so during these years, the entrance features a unique soundscape composed by local creative talent and a wayfinding system echoing the stunning sunrises and sunsets in the city.
