
Selfridges opens an Imagination Café at the center of its London store, with afternoon tea menu by Malik Acid and immersive art installation from Katie Stout, inviting visitors to gather, dine and dream. Brought to life through a dream-powered menu from Malik Acid, the café features a Wildest Imagination afternoon tea, three cocktails made with Three Spirits elixirs, and an all-day menu of savoury and sweet dishes. The Wildest Imagination Afternoon Tea (£75) includes prawn gilda, beetroot devilled egg, wild mushroom tartlet, ricotta and herb crostino, mini club sandwich, salted olive oil scone with clotted cream and morello cherry jam or blood orange marmalade, petit four (black tea caramel bon bon, lychee gummy, mango choux and chamomile financier), cherry dream cake, a pot of Selfridges tea or Darjeeling sparkling tea, peach velvet cocktail or glass of champagne plus a gift to take away. The Imagination Café opens on 20th July on the Lower Ground floor for a three-month duration.
