Salling has opened its second store in Copenhagen, in the Rødovre Centrum. Covering 8,000m² spread across four floors, it is significantly larger than the new Salling at Kultorvet and features fashion for both women and men, shoes and accessories, as well as beauty and home goods.

These two openings are marking an important milestone for Salling, which is celebrating this year its 120^th anniversary. "With Salling Rødovre, we get the opportunity to bring the classic department store to customers. The size allows us to roll out our entire assortment and we are especially looking forward to showcasing the men's department now in the capital as well" said Marianne Bedsted, CEO of Salling.

The department store in Rødovre functions as an extension of salling.dk, including Click & Collect. For Salling, the future of retail includes service, inspiration, and experiences, and the Rødovre store will plan ongoing events and activities.
