Jellycat®, the globally celebrated collectible brand known for its imaginative characters and joyful storytelling, today opens the doors to Jellyfest at KaDeWe Berlin – the brand’s largest in- store activation to date. Located on the 4th Fl. of KaDeWe, Jellyfest transforms the space into a colorful celebration inspired by festivals and filled with lively attractions, delightful discoveries, and unforgettable encounters with brand-new and exclusive Jellycat characters. The opening builds on the international success of Jellycat’s immersive in-store destinations, including the much-loved Jellycat™ Diner in New York, Jellycat Patisserie™ in Paris and Jellycat Fish & Chips™ in London. Having captured the imagination of fans around the world and sparked widespread social buzz, Jellyfest marks the next chapter in Jellycat’s growing portfolio of experiential destinations.
Inspired by the sights, sounds and spirit of traditional German festivals, Jellyfest is packed with unexpected joyful moments around every corner. Jellycat’s signature blue and orange palette immerses visitors in the brand’s playful world, while elements synonymous with fairs and festivals are woven throughout the experience.
Customers can explore exciting photo opportunities, including a spectacular Ferris wheel installation, alongside larger-than-life character displays and interactive moments designed to surprise and delight guests. At the heart of Jellyfest are four unique experience points, the most Jellycat has ever created within a single store. Each experience has been designed around one of the exclusive new Jellycat characters, bringing their personalities to life through theatrical storytelling and playful interactions. Every experience features bespoke packaging and an exclusive collectible pin badge and sticker set, creating a unique keepsake.
Leading the festivities are four exclusive new characters, available only as part of the full Jellyfest experience at KaDeWe:
- Amuseables® Wilhelm Von Bratwurst, the proud new leader of his oompah band, he’s dressed every inch the master of ceremonies in his feather- tipped cap.
- Amuseables® Kathrin Candy Floss, gliding through the festivities, she’s determined to give the Ferris wheel another whirl as the evening melts away...
- Amuseables® Heinrich Pretzel, always in a cheerful tangle and whose stories grow more entertaining with every twist and turn.
Amuseables® Von Illa Eiskaffee, Berlin’s coolest trendsetter who can’t resist joining in when the celebrations begin.
