The American multinational is set to revolutionize its advertising strategies by leveraging AI-driven tools from Zeta Global, Google Cloud, and Publicis Sapien, streamlining campaign creation and automating consumer data analysis. Gap is using Zeta Global, the AI-powered cloud marketing platform. This tool allows the company to consolidate customer data and use that information for more targeted marketing campaigns. At the end of Q1 (the period ending 2nd May), Gap’s total sales stood at $3.497bn, representing a 1% increase compared to Q1 of 2025.
