London’s Battersea Power Station has signed US fashion/lifestyle brand Anthropologie and Korean beauty retailer Moida K-Beauty among more than 10 new retail, leisure and cultural openings so far in 2026. Also opening shortly will be premium blow-dry bar Duck & Dry on Electric Boulevard, the neighbourhood’s pedestrianised high street. Their arrivals expand the riverside neighbourhood’s offering to more than 170 stores, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues.
Having welcomed more than 40mn visitors since opening in 2022, The mall is a testament to the enduring appeal of in-person retail and leisure, with a focus on experience and connection. The center also said it has recently appointed master planner Studio Egret West ‘to evolve its development and to respond to changes in expectations around lifestyle, leisure and workspace. With half of the riverside neighbourhood still to be delivered, Battersea Power Station’s future phases have the potential to deliver up to 3.2mn sq ft (295,000m2) of residential, commercial, cultural and leisure space across the remaining surface of undeveloped brownfield land.
