Michelin star chef and media personality Tim Raue invited selected friends of the house to a special dinner in KaDeWe’s iconic food department. After being again awarded two Michelin Stars for his namesake restaurant and opening his latest venture, the restaurant Sphere high up in Berlins famous TV Tower just last month, Tim Raue choses KaDeWe’s French Restaurant Brasserie Hélène to serve up a carte du jour of highlights of the latter’s menu. His deep connection to Berlin’s historic foodie destination KaDeWe is most evident in his personal creation of the dish ‘prawn cocktail KaDeWe’ – an homage to the store’s own delicacy that enchanted Raue’s heart and tongue decades ago as a young boy.
