Rinascente is focusing on many projects. Online sales has been developing in the last months and are now at about €30mn; the goal for the company is to reach 10% of total turnover. Since the reopening of stores and borders, Rinascente noticed how important it is, to enrich the shopping experience with new products and services. In its Milan flagship, the retailer has expanded the range of perfumes and cosmetics with a new concept called Beauty Bar, focusing on less known but very innovative brands. The retailer has also added the Beauty Express services which includes innovative treatments such as Brow & Lash Bar, for eyelashes, express blow-dry, face massage and a classic but never banal Nail Bar. The new concept should be launched at other Rinascente stores. Rinascente is also giving a special focus to the best wines and oil producers – two areas of Italian excellence. Rinascente’s goal is to be a complete and fascinating showcase of the Italian lifestyle, also in view of the return of Asian tourists to Europe.
