Aéropostale, the fashion teen retailer, has forged a new strategic partnership with Boyner Department Store, one of the leading fashion retailers in Turkey. Boyner, along with Authentic Brands Group, whose portfolio of lifestyle and entertainment brands includes Aéropostale, have joined in a multiyear license agreement with plans to open 60 Aéropostale retail locations in Turkey this year and 95 locations by 2023. Boyner will launch the first round of stores in the Istanbul, Izmir and Bursa regions of Turkey. The deal gives Boyner the exclusive rights to distribute and manufacture the Aéropostale brand in Turkey. Boyner will purchase from the brand’s global line and locally source products to create a curated collection for the Turkish market.
