Nordstrom announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack in Goodyear in spring 2027. The department store said the new store will be 25,000 sq ft (2,300m²) at GSQ, a new mixed-use development at Bullard Ave and McDowell Road in downtown Goodyear. The company currently has one Nordstrom store and 11 Nordstrom Rack locations in Arizona
