Nordstrom plans to open a Nordstrom Rack in Franklin, Tennessee in fall 2024, located at Cool Springs Market. Tenants include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kroger and DSW. Nordstrom operates four Nordstrom Rack stores and one Nordstrom store in Tennessee. It also plans to open a Nordstrom Rack in Noblesville, Indiana, in fall 2024. The 25,000sq ft (2.322m²) store will be located at Hamilton Town Center. Other tenants include Ulta, Ross, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Total Wine. There are three Nordstrom Rack stores and one Nordstrom store in Indiana. Nordstrom has make expanding its Rack division one of its key priorities. At the end of its most recent Q3, it operated 258 Nordstrom Rack stores, up from 242 in the year-ago quarter.
