Tower I of The Twins in Kai Tak, housing Hong Kong’s leading department store SOGO, has opened its doors on November 15. Boasting over 700 retail outlets, the luxe shopping hub offers a range of fashion brands, dining places and entertainment outlets, all promising a unique experience. Offering 1.1mn sq ft (102.000m2) of retail space, The Twins is one of Kai Tak‘s largest lifestyle retail complexes. Here’s everything to know about the new landmark. The renowned Japanese-style department store, SOGO, headlines Tower I, which spans the first nine floors. It offers a vast variety of goods ranging from daily necessities to luxury products as well as personal services.

 

The new flagship has over 480 brands including 22 renowned labels making their first appearance in Hong Kong. Particularly noteworthy are the beauty and skincare corner and the largest Baby Mart. In the following months, Tower I is unveiling its Restaurant Park, which provides three floors of dining space. There’s also TT Site, a 25,000sq ft (2.320m2) multi-purpose and exhibition space as well as Sky Koen, a sky garden and sculpture park. Furthermore, there’s an art exhibition on the 10th floor. Tower I also have over 480 international and local premium brands for all shopaholics to stock up on essentials. Some of the retail highlights include Hong Kong’s first LG speciality store, acclaimed international brands like Joseph Joseph and much more.

 

Notable brands to have their first Hong Kong store at The Twins include Grams28, Pebbly, Meissen and Moser, Loti, Serious by Shu, Moulin, and Dog’s Garden. Check out other notable brands such as Grown Alchemist, Chums, Yonna Yonna Gelato, Bamdai Namco, and more. From children’s supplies and toys, homeware appliances and kitchenware to fashion and accessories – you’ll be delighted by the shopping experience here. A total of 22 storeys stand above the ground while four are below in both towers, equipped with a parking lot which offers 500 slots for EV charging facilities. While SOGO is located in the first tower, the second one has multiple brands and concept stores making their debut in Hong Kong. With ‘Different Together’ as the project motto.
