In addition, it offers a dedicated personal shopper lounge and introduces the Citizen Club membership loyalty programme. It also offers The Black Card Membership which comes with a range of privileges such as reimbursed parking, early access to sales, exclusive event invitations, and a one-year exchange policy, catering to those seeking premium benefits.
