During the confinement, Le Bon Marché was able to refine the details of a new sales area dedicated to make-up, called "L'Atelier Maquillage", which covers 300 m2 on the first floor. While the ground floor houses perfumery and skincare, this setting on the upper level highlights the pigments in a curvaceous space, evoking a carousel. Six stations and three cabins punctuate the space, which is furnished with oak furniture, anthracite floors and a large library of 1,700 pots of pigments.
Brands featured include Charlotte Tilbury, Nars, Bobbi Brown, Benefit, By Terry, Laura Mercier, La Bouche Rouge and Kure Bazaar. Technology is also present via IPads, tutorials and mirrors with scalable light intensity. Services are also provided to clients, such as the possibility of receiving Suqqu facial massages, or eyebrow waxing over the Blink Brow Bar. Workshops and conferences will also be organized according to the highlights of the department store.
