Nordstrom has made a wider selection of goods available for pick up the next day in-store or at curbside to its customers in Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington D.C. (including Baltimore). Nordstrom cardholders in the same cities will be offered free two-day delivery, starting Nov. 2. And starting Oct. 26, the company is extending its curbside pickup hours. In other enhancements, the first 50 customers to pick up their purchase curbside each day In November at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Local will be given special offers and surprises. The retailer will also offer free holiday gift-wrapping in stores for all Nordstrom purchases. New this year, gift-wrapped items can also be picked up in-store or via curbside pickup. Customers can also send Nordstrom’s Santa an email or drop off a letter to him in-store or at curbside pickup, with a response promised by Christmas. Nordstrom noted that it is limiting in-store holiday events this year to maintain the health and safety of its customers. It will continue to hold its holiday breakfasts in select Nordstrom restaurants.
