The first phase of the new Holt Renfrew Ogilvy was revealed, with the unveiling of new Beauty and Menswear Halls. The new Beauty hall has 25,000ft2 (2,323m2) and the Men’s 40,000ft2 (3,716m2). As part of Holt Renfrew’s $400mn investment to revitalize and enhancing its network of stores across Canada, this exciting launch continues the momentum and growth plan for the new Holt Renfrew Ogilvy at St. Catherine and de la Montagne. Highlights of the new Holt Renfrew Ogilvy Beauty Hall are 30 skincare, fragrance and colour brands vendor shops and unique spaces including a dedicated Clean Beauty area from brands. Also included in the new Beauty Hall is Holt Renfrew Ogilvy’s women’s sunglass offering. Highlights of the new Menswear Hall are 25 vendor shops, a new men’s footwear area, dedicated men’s personal shopping suite and grooming area and multi-brand men’s suiting areas. The men’s department, on the fourth floor of Holt Renfrew Ogilvy will connect directly to the soon-to-open Four Seasons Montreal’s Social Square area opening June 2019.
Further updates to the 250,000ft2 (23,226m2) store include; a refurbished main floor, which will begin to open late spring 2019. Women’s footwear, jewellery and leather goods on the second floor and an expansive womenswear department on the third floor are both slated to open spring of 2020.
Additional unique experiences to HR Ogilvy include an extensive personal shopping department complete with the Apartment, Holt Renfrew’s signature personal shopping oasis, and a gourmet dining experience in the new Colette Grand Café are scheduled to complete in 2020. Holt Renfrew Ogilvy will also maintain key historic elements of the building including the celebrated Tudor Hall and more. The renovation of Holt Renfrew Ogilvy is scheduled to be fully complete in 2020.
