Season, the healthy and gourmet canteen of Le Haut Marais, is coming to Le Bon Marché. From the bowls to the pastrami sandwich, naan bread and its famous pancakes, Season offers a cuisine that is open to the world, healthy, and revisited with a hint of French touch. From her first trip to New York, founder Cathy Closier reported a desire for entrepreneurship and a taste for catering. Very quickly she opened her first café in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, then arrived in Le Marais with Café Crème, Café Rouge, and Café de la Poste. In July 2015 the first Season was born, and today the brand has six locations in Paris.
