Kastner & Öhler is reducing its Executive Board from four to two members. Martin Wäg and Alexander Petrskovsky will lead the company in the future as a two-member Board. The other Board Members Thomas Böck and Andreas Zinschitz have already completed their functions at Kastner & Öhler AG. Thomas Böck will focus on his activities in the Kastner & Öhler Beteiligungs-AG, the parent company of the operating Kastner & Öhler AG.
