Italian fashion house Salvatore Ferragamo inaugurated its third store in Moscow's Seasons Shopping Complex. Earlier this year, in October 2007, Ferragamo opened its second point-of-sale in Moscow jointly with its Russian partner JamilCo. The store is located in the GUM department store on the Red Square. The first store of the fashion house in Moscow was opened in 2002. By the end of 2007 Ferragamo's boutiques in Russia will become five, after the planned opening of a point-of-sale in Rostov and another one in Ekaterinburg. Salvatore Ferragamo, which plans listing on the stock exchange in 2008, ended 2006 with a consolidated turnover of EUR630m (US$921.2m). The group has 476 single-brand stores in 55 countries worldwide. A total 238 of them are owned directly by the company.
