A collaboration between Identità Golose and Coin, recount the art of dessert in the road show Sweet Days. The show is going through Italy and has already made a stop in the Coincasa in Milan, Catania, Cagliari and Naples, and have made known to the public the great Italian pastry chefs and the trends in pastry. The show will stop in Rome on 28 November at 18.30 at Coin Excelsior where Federico Quaranta, Rai Uno journalist, will talk with the two great masters Ornella De Felice di Coromandel and Monia Di Liello di Angelina. The first Sweet Days event took place in Milan on November 13th in the Coin Excelsior boutique with the contribution of Heinz Beck, the chef at the 3-Michelin-star La Pergola restaurant in Rome.
