Take the chance to honour and celebrate your best Sales Associates by participating in the ‘World’s Best Sales Associate at a Department Store’ Award 2019. Department Stores from around the world are invited to enter the competition by nominating their best sales associate (maximum three), either employed directly or by concessionaires. The base for the Nominee’s submission should be their 2017/2018 performance record. An international jury of retail and HR experts chaired by L’Oréal Luxe is going to judge the answers and stories. The purpose of the award is to recognize and celebrate the role of sales associates and front liners, who play a very key role in department stores’ success. The award programme will give them a voice and the chance to share great stories of excellent customer service and show their talent to the entire industry.
Submissions for the ‘World’s Best Sales Associate Award 2019 can still be accepted until Monday, 8th April 2019.
