Having made over TL44mn ($1.05mn) in environmental investments over the last three years, the Group generated half of its electricity use from renewable sources by 2024. Its goal is ambitious: to transition to 100% green electricity by 2025. Boyner’s 2024 Sustainability Report presented not only a performance document but also a vision manifesto. In partnership with Nivo, Boyner Group has renewed 1.6mn products since 2021, returning them to the economy. This prevented 16,000 tons of carbon emissions and saved 12.8mn tons of water. This amount is equivalent to a year's supply of drinking water for 23mn people. Sustainability also comes to the fore in logistics processes: By switching to multi-packs, the Group prevented the use of 300,000 cardboard boxes annually and prevented the felling of 5,500 trees. For Boyner, sustainability is not only about the environment but also about innovation. R&D investments reached TL392mn ($9.4mn) in 2024, and 15 new projects were implemented at the Boyner R&D Center.

Boyner emphasized the importance of a corporate culture that strengthens social impact. A sustainable future cannot be built in the absence of equality. Today, 50% of the group’s management and executive boards are comprised of women. The She Lab - Sustainability Laboratory for Young Women project has graduated more than 120 women to date; over a thousand applications have been received for the new term. Thanks to the Good Jobs Program implemented in partnership with KAGİDER, more than 200 female entrepreneurs have graduated, creating employment for thousands. The ‘Seninle Tamam’ (Complete with You) project has reintegrated approximately 100 women into the workforce in 2024 alone. The goal is to bring 5,000 women into the workforce through flexible working models in the next three years. Boyner Group's sustainability journey is no longer just about the environment; it's a wholeness interwoven with people, technology, equality, and ethical values.
