IGDS to celebrate the 4th Retail Employees' Day (RED) Worldwide on 12th September and 12th December 2025.
The Retail Employees' Day is a global initiative open to department stores worldwide, organised to honour and appreciate sales associates and frontline workers for their exceptional contributions to the retail sector.
To be conducted for the fourth time this year, RED campaigns can generate immediate benefits such as an up-lift in sales of up to 4% the following days, higher employee satisfaction and stronger bonding with colleagues and management teams.
